My wife and I are very thankful to Violetta for her exceptional service, she went above and beyond to get us our desired home. She always accommodated our showing requests even making room for last minute requests. She and Cindy coordinated and arranged all the inspections and formalities and made it easy for us, we just had to be there. This is the second time I have called on Violetta for real estate transaction. The first was selling a house and the service was excellent. She gave excellent advice and most importantly all of the service vendors we needed to use to improve the home were of the highest quality, timely and professional. On August 13th we closed on a condo that is just perfect for me. As soon as I told Violetta that I wanted the condo (night before the viewing) she made contact with the seller's agent and was able to view the condo and made an offer - Violetta worked fast and furious to be sure our offer was the first one to reach the seller. It worked and today I'm living in the perfect place for me and my family. Another highlight and example of Violetta's ability to get things done. On the day of the closing I noticed that the handicapped accessible ramp I had for my son didn't fit...with the movers scheduled to come the very next day, Violetta was able to find a handyman who was able to come out and build a temporary ramp the same day..how incredible is that??? I would recommend Violetta in a heartbeat to anyone needing a realtor; she is very responsive, I always received a follow up answer to any question within 5 minutes and she has the Midas touch with contractors.
