Violetta worked extremely diligently to get us to closing on our new home. She showed us the house several times - some at very short notice. She was always able to be reached, even late in the evening. The negotiations were not so simple, and it was nice to know that she was really looking out for our best interest. She worked very hard to make sure that we had good inspections and got everything repaired to our satisfaction. I had no idea how hard real estate agents worked until I worked with Violetta to buy our new home. I would absolutely recommend her without any hesitation!

Violetta was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond to check on the house after I moved. That was a tremendous relief as I could not check on the house regularly after I moved out of state. Memphis experienced extreme winter weather - freezing cold, ice and snow. She checked on the house regularly and provided updates.
